OUR INITIATIVES
Currently we are working on creating care packages for women and children in need. These packages will consist of essential items such as personal hygiene products, protective equipment, gift cards and packaged food. For further detail into what will be included in the care packages please visit our Get Involved page. The items in the care packages will be collected in the form of items and financial donations from local businesses and people in the community. These care packages will be delivered to _____ women's shelter on___ 2020.

Hey, I’m Rebecca! I'm one of the co-presidents this year at Champions of Change! Champions of Change takes up a good amount of my time, but when I’m not busy going to meetings, I love to read and watch anime, and most importantly, I stay active by going on runs and swimming competitively.

I joined Champions of Change back in April 2021, and I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing opportunities and experiences I've gained! I'm a competitive swimmer outside of Champions of Change, so you'll most likely catch me at the pool!

Hi! I'm Neha Rawal, a student at London Central Secondary School, and I've been a part of Champions of Change for almost two years! I'm the current Executive Assistant and was previously part of the initiatives department. I love to dance, volunteer, play board games, go on walks with my family, and hang out with my friends.
Hi! I’m Riley, and I am a grade 10 student at Saint Andre Bessette. I joined Champions of Change in early September 2021, and I’m so happy to be working in the marketing department as VP. I love promoting events and new projects on our Instagram page, as well as posting interactive and engaging content. I love to dance (especially ballet!), as well as cook, play guitar and spend time with my cat!
Hi! I’m Chinmayi and I am a student at Sir Frederick Banting SS. I am the Director of HR at Champions of Change. I joined the organization in late 2020 and am proud of the growth I have achieved through being a part of the team. If I’m not working or volunteering, you can catch me exploring our city, drawing, or finding my new favourite food!
Hi everyone! My name's Ella, and I’m the Vice President of Outreach and co-Board Chair at Champions of Change. I’m currently in grade 12 at A.B. Lucas Secondary School, and some of my passions include science, languages, dance, music, and performing arts, as well as social justice. I love my role at CoC because it allows me to take leadership for causes I believe in, build new connections, and collaborate with a brilliant team. It has been over two years since I joined CoC in 2020, and it amazes me how much we’ve grown and accomplished in that time. We have some big plans for this year and I can’t wait to put them into action!

Zahra Nadeem is the Executive Director of Finance at Champions of Change. Other than school and community work, she enjoys martial arts, and photography and loves to sit down with a good book. She is passionate about human rights and social justice, starting with her work here at Champions of Change.
Hi Everyone! My name is Janae Lewis and I am the Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR). One of my roles as VP of HR is to help oversee the recruitment of new members.
